What to expect in the sessions
Each 60 minute session will be personally tailored for you, your body and your fitness goals, and 1:1 guidance with your trainer. This can include:
- Weigh in and health check-in with your trainer
- Targetted warm up and stretching
- Hight intensity weight-based cardio training to help you build muscle, strip fat and improve your body composition
- Each exercise will be demonstrated and closely by your trainer to show you the correct technique
- Appropriate weights will be set to help your progress but also avoid injury.
