We will always be right there with you in-person throughout your journey, but our training app available free to all our clients is there for added convenience to track your daily progress and keep you both focussed and motivated.​

Setting goals and tracking your progress is the best way to stay motivated. The app will store health and training stats such as weight, calorie intake, daily activity and training achievements. The data is shared directly with your trainer so we can keep you on track.

Personalised programs

Whether you are in the Studio  or doing a session on your own, you'll be able to hit the ground running with each session with quick access to your tailored training program and things to do for the day. Want to do some extras?  Check out our on demand sessions and guided videos.

Daily nutrition

Nutrition is a key pillar in Studio Athletica's philosophy. After your initial consultation with our in-house dietitian, Dr Naras Lapsys, your app will be updated with your nutrition plan and goals so you can track and stay focussed on your calorie and macro intake each day.
